Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a laboratory technician to perform routine blood tests, phlebotomy, and QC. You will handle specimen preparation, operate hematology analyzers, and ensure instruments are calibrated and compliant with regulatory standards.

The role requires a minimum of two years in a lab setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment onsite in Georgia. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a lab setting.
• Ability to perform manual and automated routine blood tests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Specimen collection and testing of body fluids with quality control.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Comply with safety, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain logs and initiate instrument troubleshooting as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
