Qualifications

• A.A. or A.S. degree in a related field.
• State license required; national certification preferred; BLS preferred.
• Minimum four years of healthcare experience; clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated routine blood tests.
• Prepare specimens for microscope examination and phlebotomy as needed.
• Maintain instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training new employees; overtime may be required.
