Qualifications

• Knowledge of lab testing principles and quality control.
• Proficiency with LIS platforms and data entry.
• Able to follow CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Performs waived to high-complexity tests per procedures.
• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots lab equipment.
• Documents results and reports critical findings.
