INDLABPHARM is seeking a Medical Lab Technician to perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens. The role requires handling moderate to high-complexity analyses and strict adherence to quality control and regulatory standards.

You will maintain and troubleshoot instruments, ensure safe operations, and collaborate with clinicians to provide critical diagnostic information. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Requires an Associate Degree or military equivalent in Laboratory Science.
• Military training in Medical Laboratory Procedures is accepted as qualification.
• 0–2 years acute care laboratory experience is required.

• Performs moderate and high-complexity tests with accurate results and proper documentation.
• Maintains quality control data, analyzes results, and escalates issues promptly.
• Operates and maintains laboratory instruments, performs preventive maintenance, and reports malfunctions.
• Demonstrates proficiency with laboratory computer systems and data entry.
• Collects, documents, and processes specimens including urine drug screens as required.
• Adheres to PPE, safety regulations, and infection control protocols.
• Assists with phlebotomy duties and collaborates with team to complete tasks.
