You will startup, calibrate, validate procedures, monitor QC, participate in quality improvement, training, and staff committees, with opportunity to lead in the absence of on-site leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science/medical technology or equivalent with certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or biological science with certification eligibility.
• MLS or categorical certification required OR official credential from accredited MLS program.

• Perform testing accurately and timely according to policies and performance standards.
• Recognize and monitor abnormal results and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Monitor inventory and assist in providing financial data for the department.
• Train department staff and participate in competency assessments and committee work.
