You will contribute to improving lab performance and may engage in teaching, inventory, and procedure writing as needed. A strong certification background supports diverse duties in a dynamic clinical lab.

Qualifications

• MLT (ASCP) certification required.
• MLT (AAB) certification preferred.
• MLT (AMT) certification helpful.
• CLT certification may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory procedures in multiple functional sections.
• Maintain instruments and perform quality control and calibrations.
• Review QC and calibration data to ensure accuracy.
• Aid in improving laboratory performance.
• Participate in teaching, purchasing, inventory, and procedure writing as needed.
