Eligible positions may include a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.

• MLT rates: $21.48/hr to $31.19/hr
• Senior MLT rates: $22.82/hr to $33.09/hr
• MLS rates: $26.97/hr to $35.51/hr
• Senior MLS rates: $28.86/hr to $40.43/hr

In this role, you will:

• Process specimens following protocols for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and follow up on critical or abnormal results.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation, methodology, and specimen issues.
• Participate in test development and equipment evaluation.
• Perform quality control procedures and document results.
• Report incidents or issues to supervisors or pathologists.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Accurately enter patient data into laboratory systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Manage laboratory supplies.

Qualifications:

MLS: Bachelor's degree, completion of an accredited MLS program, or equivalent experience with certification.

MLT: Associate's degree with certification or eligible graduate, or Bachelor's with relevant experience.

Licensure and certifications are preferred; NY license required for NY locations.
