Job summary

Qualifications

• AA or AS degree required.
• MLT certification required.
• No experience required (meets CLIA).
• CLIA requirements may be satisfied per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex lab tests using standard techniques and equipment.
• Prepare sterile media and cultures; incubate at prescribed temperatures.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment; document QC records.
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture or capillary methods.
• Operate lab software and report results to staff.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
