Compensation ranges from $42.73 to $59.20 per hour depending on role, with a comprehensive benefits package. We seek dedicated professionals with MLS/BB certification and 2+ years in a clinical lab; SBB preferred for senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
• Review and report test results, participate in investigations, quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
• Receive coaching and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.
• Medical Lab Generalist: fast track to MLS in just over one year.

What to Expect

Schedule: EVE 3:00 PM - 11:30PM (rotates W/E)

Shift Differential: As applicable

Training: Training Days (7:00 AM - 3:30PM) Monday-Friday.

Training location: Montvale, NJ

Base Pay: 42.73 / hour - $59.20 / hour (depending on role).

• 3 years lab experience with 1-year IRL required.
• 2 years lead/charge experience required.
• Pay $49.14/hour - $51.48/hour

Medical Lab Scientist IV

• SBB required.
• Base Wage: $59.20 / hour
