The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a life science and 1–2 years of clinical lab experience, with familiarity in LIMS and laboratory automation. Onsite work Monday–Friday with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical, biological, or related science (chemistry, biology, clinical chemistry, biochemistry).
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinical testing, regulated laboratory, or high-throughput lab.
• Experience with chromatography, mass spectrometry, and laboratory automation is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare solutions and standards for instrument operation.
• Operate instruments, perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Document data and ensure data quality in LIMS; provide QC reports.
• Assist with SOP revisions and continuous improvement programs.
• Potential overtime and weekend work as needed.
