Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical, biological, or related science.
• 2-4 years in clinical testing, regulated lab, or high-throughput setting.
• Ability to independently plan and execute complex lab activities.
• Familiarity with chemistry concepts and lab procedures.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and write protocols.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform sample measurements, including pipetting and weighing of biological samples.
• Prepare solutions and standards for instrument operation per protocols.
• Operate instruments, perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and checks.
• Oversee data collection and review data for quality standards.
• Document work in LIMS and provide daily QC reports.
