Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science or related field.
• ASCP MLS certification or eligibility.
• Experience with laboratory information systems and analyzers.
• Strong professional communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receives specimens and ensures proper requisition and specimen requirements.
• Operates and maintains laboratory instruments in accordance with policies.
• Reports test results within required turnaround times.
• Performs pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical testing processes.
• Troubleshoots issues and documents corrective actions.
• Maintains stock of reagents and quality control materials.
• Participates in training and continuous education of staff.
