The role requires a high school diploma (Associates preferred) and certification readiness (BLS; additional licenses within 180 days).

Qualifications

• Associates' Degree in Science/Laboratory related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates preferred.
• All certifications required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Collects and receives samples for testing and ensures proper patient preparation and sample transport.
• Performs clerical duties including data gathering, billing support, and verification of lab orders and labels.
• Complies with Wellstar Health System policies and code of conduct.
