Aerotek is hiring Sorters for a hands-on role in Cary, IL, to assemble and package medical kits in a clean, modern facility. You will support medical professionals by ensuring accurate assembly, quality inspection, and timely shipment on a fast-paced line.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to stand for long periods, and comfortable lifting 20–40 lbs. This contract-to-hire position offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical kits on a fast-paced production line.
• Inspect components and finished kits for quality and accuracy.
• Perform final packaging, labeling, and sealing of products.
• Stack finished boxes onto pallets for shipment.
• Pick and organize materials needed for production.
• Operate basic packing and production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals.
