Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing specifications and operating instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical devices according to manufacturing instructions and operating procedures.
• Inspect components and assemblies for defects and quality standards.
• Operate assembly equipment and perform various production line functions.
• Cross-train and assist in multiple assembly positions to support team operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment while meeting production goals.
