Aerotek is hiring Sorters for a hands-on role in Cary, IL, to assemble and package medical kits in a clean, modern facility. You will support medical professionals by ensuring accurate assembly, quality inspection, and timely shipment on a fast-paced line.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to stand for long periods, and comfortable lifting 20–40 lbs. This contract-to-hire position offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

• Operate basic packing and production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals.

What You'll Do

As a Sorter, you'll play a critical role in ensuring medical kits are assembled accurately and shipped on time.

Assemble medical kits on a fast-paced production line

Inspect components and finished kits for quality and accuracy

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.30 - $26.30/hr.
