Accelera in Franklin Park, IL is seeking reliable Kit Assemblers for our medical manufacturing facility. You will assemble medical kits, prep items for shipment, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be punctual, capable of following written instructions, and have basic English proficiency. Two shift options are offered: 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 1:30am or a weekend shift Fri–Sun from 5:00am to 5:30pm, totaling 36 hours with paid 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical kits following established production guidelines.
• Secure finished goods in trays, pouches, or cartons to maintain integrity.
• Verify components, labeling, and lot information before final packaging.
• Conduct visual quality checks to meet specs.
• Prepare items for distribution by sealing and labeling correctly.
• Record production output and quality metrics accurately.
• Maintain stocked workspace to prevent delays and support team efficiency.
• Follow GMP and safety protocols to sustain a safe work environment.
