You will communicate with patients, customers, or referral sources, request missing documentation, and ensure compassionate, positive interactions with both customers and teammates throughout the process. The role supports efficient operations and requires attention to detail and strong communication.

Job description

The Medical Intake Specialist will communicate with patient/customer or referral source to gather complete and accurate patient information, sending paperwork to be signed when necessary and requesting additional documentation. You will also ensure compassionate and positive interactions with customers and employees.

Hours: M-F (8 - 5 p.m.)
