Job summary

Williams Bros Health Care Pharmacy in Indiana is seeking a Tote Room Technician to scan and prepare prescriptions for delivery, and to support light warehouse duties. You will help scan delivery sheets and ensure accurate packing for customers.

The role requires adherence to safety procedures, accurate inventory checks, and a neat, professional appearance. The position includes Saturday shifts and a robust benefits package to support work-life balance.

Job description

The Tote room technician is responsible for scanning and preparing scripts for delivery. Other duties may include helping with
delivery sheet scanning and other light warehouse duties. In our team, Tote Room Techs are the driving force behind our success, ensuring accurate packing of our products to our valued customers.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to all company policies and safety procedures
• Sort all prescriptions and products according to facility units, location, and delivery times
• Scan all medication pending for delivery to facility assigned tote
• Verifies the inventory accuracy of all individual totes to nightly exception report
• Keeps work area cleaned and organized
• Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance.
• Work towards the company goal of exceeding customer’s expectations
• Perform additional duties as requested by the management

Hours: Monday - Saturday 11am - 7pm alternate every other Saturday with Wed off the week you work on Saturday
