Responsibilities

• Taking calls from clients and confirming current information or creating new clients’ files.
• Making calls to clients or referral sources to schedule appointments.
• Following an intake format to make sure all relevant information is gathered at the time of the call.
• Accurate data entry of client information, appointment dates and related notes etc.
