Express Employment Professionals in Largo, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide intake support for complex rehab equipment and wheelchair orders. You will handle calls, gather client information, and schedule appointments, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation for orders.

Pay Rate: $17 - $19/Hr DOE

Job Overview: Providing complex rehab equipment and custom-adapted wheelchairs to people needing manual or power chairs in their daily living.

Requirements

• 5 years of customer service experience

• Must have work history of direct customer service experience, "medical intake" experience with knowledge of third-party funding. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, VA and Insurance is helpful to learn and grow in this position.
