Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand explanations of benefits (EOBs).

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient and insurance calls with exceptional service.
• Set up payment plans and collect payments by credit card or ACH.
• Work on reports and other billing tasks such as address updates and payment plan removals.
• Meet departmental quality and production standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
