Job summary

EVERSANA MICC is seeking a Pharm.D.-level Medical Information professional to oversee client success, ensure deliverables meet KPI expectations, and manage ongoing client relationships.

The role involves triaging inquiries, researching literature, drafting responses, and coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, and other functions. Travel up to 10% may be required, with on-call responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. Degree is required.
• One to two years of Medical Information and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client success with assigned clients, including implementation and ongoing management; monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training to ensure proficiency across client products and procedures.
• Respond to medical information inquiries, research literature, and craft medical information responses; coordinate with QA, Regulatory, and other departments.
