Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Information Client Manager / Team Lead to oversee assigned clients within the Medical Information Contact Center. You will drive client success, manage projects, ensure KPIs and service levels, and mentor staff.

You will triage and respond to inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, payers, and other health care professionals, while maintaining knowledge of product and therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree required.
• 1–2 years of Medical Information or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Advanced healthcare degree preferred (PharmD or higher).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of assigned clients and ensure KPI delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training.
• Respond to medical information inquiries and maintain high-quality documentation.
