Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Information professional to lead client oversight within the MICC, ensuring timely, scientifically balanced responses and strong KPIs. You will guide staff, manage inquiries across channels, and contribute to medical writing and content development.

Ideal candidates hold a Pharm.D. or higher and have 1–2 years of Medical Information experience, with familiarity in regulatory processes, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to support patient safety and product

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree required; advanced healthcare degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in Medical Information or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong communication, project management and time management skills.
• Experience with medical writing and content development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and responding to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and payers.
• Coordinate adverse event and product complaint reporting; ensure regulatory and client SOP compliance.
• Mentor staff and manage client relationships, KPIs and service levels.
• Oversee content development, medical writing, and information resources updates.
