Job summary

Baptist is seeking a skilled professional to analyze, plan, design, and optimize medical imaging systems. You will work across departments to capture business needs and translate them into functional requirements, while supporting builds, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.

The role involves cross-functional teamwork, system integration with Epic, and on-call availability. You will contribute to project success and ensure user satisfaction through thoughtful problem solving and rigorous testing.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical imaging systems and clinical workflows.
• Ability to analyze business needs and define functional requirements.
• Experience with system builds, upgrades and maintenance.
• Willingness for callback and on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and serve as point person on Epic-related projects to meet milestones.
• Analyze problems, propose improvements, and develop action plans using Baptist tools.
• Complete testing of software applications using established standards and protocols.
• Provide ongoing support for medical imaging systems and other applications.
• Configure and maintain systems aligned with clinical workflows and ops needs.
• Collaborate with end users to gather requirements for effective integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Achieve assigned goals and contribute to project success.
