Job summary

You will analyze workflows, capture business needs, design and optimize system configurations for clinical and financial impact.

Role requires clinical, financial, technical or application knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and on‑call readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in healthcare systems, software design or integration.
• Experience in project management and/or system implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates implementation of Baptist OneCare and related projects to meet objectives.
• Analyzes problems and develops action plans to promote successful implementation.
• Performs testing of software applications using established standards.
• Provides ongoing support of Epic and other applications under the area of responsibility.
• Completes assigned goals.
