Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2+ years of field service experience desired.
• Proficient with tools and service test equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Fargo area and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Service XP/AX Imaging Equipment in Fargo, ND area.
• Install, service, maintain, and modify imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and training to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain company assets including car, cell phone, computer and tools.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and perform administrative duties.
