You will read the client's skin in the treatment room, document notes back to the plan, and teach tailored home care that reinforces results without overselling. This is a full-time weekday role with some Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical-grade facials, peels or devices.
• Ability to discuss results without overselling.
• Experience working with clients under a medical direction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run Skin Bar treatments against the client's current protocol.
• Read the skin in the room and send notes back to the plan.
• Teach home care that matches what we just did, not a product dump.
