Job summary

AVU Collective Skin Bar in South Barrington is seeking a skilled esthetic professional to perform medical-grade facials, peels, and device-based treatments aligned with a measured skin plan.

You will read the client's skin in the treatment room, document notes back to the plan, and teach tailored home care that reinforces results without overselling. This is a full-time weekday role with some Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical-grade facials, peels or devices.
• Ability to discuss results without overselling.
• Experience working with clients under a medical direction is a plus.
