The role involves performing advanced facials, microneedling, and chemical peels in a calm clinical setting, under a plastic surgeon, with an emphasis on discreet, personalized care. You will build a loyal clientele within an established practice, offer skin consultations, and support growth of the membership program and product sales.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Facial Specialist (Esthetician) license is required.
• Spanish language preferred; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to explain treatment options without high-pressure sales.

Overview

A boutique plastic surgery practice in Aventura is looking for a Licensed Aesthetician to help launch our Med Spa, our new in-office skin treatment suite. You'll give advanced facials, microneedling, and chemical peels in a calm, upscale clinical setting, working directly with a plastic surgeon. Our patients come to us for discreet, personalized care, and we want every one of them to feel heard. You can build a loyal clientele inside an established surgical practice without the overhead of running your own space.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials from our signature menu
• Perform SkinPen microneedling, including serum and PRP protocols, under physician supervision.
• Perform chemical peels within your Florida licensed scope.
• Do skin consultations and recommend home-care regimens with our medical-grade lines
• Help grow our membership program, rebooking, and retail sales.
• Keep accurate treatment notes, consents, and before/after photos.
• Follow strict sanitation standards and keep the treatment room clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Keep up with new treatments, techniques, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Facial Specialist (Esthetician) license.
• SkinPen certification is a plus. Training is available for the right candidate.
• A warm, polished, professional manner and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Confidence explaining treatment options and recommending products without high-pressure sales.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your own.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
