AES Med Spa, an established medical aesthetics practice in St. Charles, IL, is seeking a part-time Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about advanced skincare and building lasting client relationships.

• Med spa or advanced aesthetics experience preferred.
• Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills.
• Knowledge of professional and medical-grade skincare.
• Comfortable recommending services, memberships, and retail.

Responsabilités

• Perform customized facials and advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Perform HydraFacial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling/SkinPen, and other advanced skincare services.
• Perform laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments when trained and authorized.
• Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, aftercare, and long-term skin health.
• Recommend medical-grade skincare products and complementary treatments.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service, rebooking, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records.
• Follow safety, sanitation, infection-control, and spa protocols.
• Assist with treatment-room preparation, inventory awareness, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Collaborate with aesthetc providers and team members to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Participate in events, promotions, and other growth initiatives.

AES Med Spa is an established and growing medical aesthetics practice in St. Charles, IL, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team part-time.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about advanced skincare and aesthetics, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is comfortable working in a results-driven med spa environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facials and advanced aesthetic treatments based on each client's skin concerns and goals
• Perform HydraFacial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling/SkinPen, and other advanced skincare services
• Perform laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments when appropriately trained and authorized
• Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, aftercare, and long-term skin health
• Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products and complementary treatments
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service, rebooking, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records
• Follow all safety, sanitation, infection-control, and spa protocols
• Assist with treatment-room preparation, inventory awareness, and maintaining a clean and professional environment
• Collaborate with our aesthetic providers and other team members to provide an exceptional client experience
• Participate in occasional events, promotions, social media content, and other practice-growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Active Illinois Esthetician License
• Previous med spa or advanced aesthetics experience strongly preferred
• Experience with HydraFacial, microneedling/SkinPen, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced facial treatments
• Laser, IPL/BBL, MOXI, or other energy-based device experience is highly preferred
• Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills
• Knowledge of professional and medical-grade skincare
• Comfortable recommending services, treatment packages, memberships, and retail skincare when appropriate for the client
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Comfortable appearing in occasional educational or promotional social media content
• Motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele
• Availability for a flexible part-time schedule, including some Saturdays as needed
