Job summary

Elase is seeking a skilled Aesthetician in Illinois to provide personalized skincare and clinical treatments. You will deliver exceptional patient care, perform facials, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois Aesthetician License with 1–3 years of experience, can work evenings and weekends, and will engage with clients while supporting clinic goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois Aesthetician License
• 1-3 years of aesthetic experience required
• High School Diploma required
• Point of Sale Experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct skin assessments and consultations to understand client concerns and medical history
• Perform skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels
• Customize treatment plans and recommend skincare products based on client needs
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure safety/regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
• Support monthly sales goals and manage POS transactions
• Perform other duties as assigned when not performing services
