Job summary

Select Medical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Patient Service Specialist, Float to support Camelback Clinic and travel to nearby clinics. The role focuses on front-desk duties and ensuring a positive patient experience from entry to departure.

You will join a team committed to quality care; a high school diploma, insurance verification experience, and front desk experience are required. Full-time hours, Monday–Friday clinic hours, and a pay range of $19–$21 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Insurance verification experience.
• 1 year of front desk experience.
• Preferred: 1 year scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

• Candidate will work part time at Camelback Clinic and travel/assist other clinics nearby

Home Clinic: 4200 E Camelback Rd, Ste 103; Phoenix, Az 85018

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday, Clinic Hours

Compensation:$19.00 - $21.00/hour
