Bright Futures Psychiatry in Colorado Springs seeks a Medical Front Office Staff member to support PMHNPs and therapists as a closer. This role will manage patient intake, scheduling, and front desk operations while upholding a client-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will handle EHR, collect co-pays, coordinate telehealth visits, and maintain confidentiality in a busy, supportive environment with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED required
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and with competing priorities
• A working knowledge of behavioral health preferred
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Good judgment, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Preferred: Basic Life Support (active AHA Provider Certification)

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will effectively manage their front office day-to-day duties in support of established policies, goals, and objectives while promoting a positive environment for staff and clients.
• Check’s clients in/out
• Collects co-pays/co-insurance
• Balance end of day closeout
• Uploads insurance cards to E.H.R.
• Provides 10-minute call ahead for onsite & telehealth visits
• Manages technical difficulties
• Manges team chats
• Manages transfer calls
• Manages E.H.R. messaging
• Other duties as assigned

We are a 100% PMHNP female owned practice, founded by an Air Force Veteran , and located in the beautiful Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs .
