Mountain Land Physical Therapy, partner company of RPT, is hiring a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our front office team in Riverton, UT. This temporary, entry-level role includes full training and serves as the first point of contact for patients.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify benefits, and keep the clinic organized to support therapists and patients throughout their recovery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly and pleasantly.
• Schedule new and returning patients and maintain accurate records.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations.
• Track visit counts and authorizations for therapists.
• Collect payments and explain clinic policies.
• Prepare, file, and maintain patient charts.
• Make appointment reminder calls.
• Assist with light cleaning and occasional aide work as assigned.
