BayCare in Tampa, FL is seeking a Medical Office Rep to provide front desk support in a neurology setting. You will greet patients, collect information, schedule appointments, and assist with billing questions.

This is a full-time, non-exempt role with standard clinic hours. A high school diploma and at least 6 months of healthcare or customer service experience are required, with medical front desk experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of healthcare experience or 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience in medical front desk is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and sign in patients.
• Obtain patient information and schedule appointments.
• Assist with patient inquiries and billing questions.
• Coordinate with physicians and labs as needed.
• Sort and distribute mail; copy medical records; support checkout.
