Job summary

Balance Health is seeking a patient-focused Patient Services Representative to support our Spring Hill and Nashville clinics. You will provide front-desk support, assist with administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a busy medical office.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of medical front desk experience, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to travel between two locations as needed. ModMed EMR experience and MS Office proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a professional medical office environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an EMR system

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out in a courteous manner
• Verify insurance, referrals, prior authorizations and update demographics
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, ensuring accurate records
