Job summary

AtlantiCare in Galloway Township, New Jersey, is seeking a Client Services Representative to support the front desk, schedule patient appointments, and collect insurance information. The role includes entering data into the computer and providing accurate financial information to clients in a hospital or ambulatory setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1-3 years of office experience in a medical environment, plus familiarity with insurance processes and CPT4/ICD-10

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance, CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk support at the hospital/ambulatory setting and manage the scheduling of patient appointments.
• Enter patient information and insurance details into the computer system; verify information for accuracy.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients and assist with patient billing as needed.
• Periodically travel to other department locations as required.
