Ridgeview Medical Center is seeking a front desk registration specialist to create a positive first impression for patients, handling in-person and phone scheduling accurately and supporting multiple administrative duties.

You will verify patient information, assign guarantors, collect payments, and coordinate releases of medical information while delivering courteous service in a busy outpatient environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently registers patients in person or by phone and verifies information for accurate filing and billing.
• Completes pre-visit planning to ensure smooth patient experience.
• Greets customers and maintains courteous service.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and processes billing details.
• Coordinates release of medical information and handles payment collections.
