Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a front desk professional to greet and check patients in and out of the clinic, coordinating schedules and handling payments with a focus on compassionate behavioral health service.

Responsibilities include EMR data entry, telehealth tech support, and multi-line phone handling to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate records at the Vero Center near Nashville International Airport.

Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks.Compensation: $15.50–$17.11 per hour, based on relevant clinical office experienceLocation: Vero Center, located near the Nashville International AirportSchedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Regular hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with two evenings per week extending until 7:00 PM.
