Seeking an Experienced Medical Office Receptionist in Dallas for Home Care Providers of Texas

The front desk receptionist is responsible to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner and greet visitors as they arrive. This is done in a professional and courteous manner. Attendance and punctuality are crucial in this position.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay rate: $16 per hour

Duties:

  • Answer Calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • High volume of calls
  • Greet all visitors to the office.
  • Maintain workplace security by not allowing anyone to enter the workplace without an escort.
  • Maintain company phone listing.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative duties to include copying, faxing, and stamping outgoing mail.
  • Attaching documents to EMR as assigned.
  • Friendly, fast learner

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1-year Previous Medical Office Experience
  • Minimum 1-year multi line phone operating experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Microsoft programs
  • Clinical Knowledge
  • Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Microsoft office skills
