Job description

Seeking an Experienced Medical Office Receptionist in Dallas for Home Care Providers of Texas.

The front desk receptionist is responsible for ensuring that all calls are answered promptly and visitors are greeted professionally and courteously. Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Duties:

  • Answer calls courteously and promptly
  • Handle a high volume of calls
  • Greet visitors
  • Maintain workplace security by escorting visitors
  • Maintain company phone listing
  • Assist with administrative duties (copying, faxing, mailing)
  • Attach documents to EMR as assigned
  • Be friendly and a fast learner

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of Medical Office experience
  • At least 1 year of multi-line phone experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Clinical knowledge
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • General computer skills
