Job summary

Sandimasretirement is seeking a Receptionist to join our Administration team in California. You will screen visitors for COVID-19, perform temperature checks, greet patients, and handle inquiries at the front desk.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to work full-time, and a willingness to comply with HIPAA and vaccination requirements. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check (Live Scan) required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Covid-19 vaccination including booster.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical questionnaires to staff, patients and visitors.
• Measure and interpret temperature using appropriate thermometers.
• Report and document screening results per protocol.
• Greet and sign in patients; provide excellent patient experience.
• Answer calls, screen, take messages and provide information.
• Coordinate registrations and lobby maintenance.
