Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service/administrative experience preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographic information in the Practice Management system.
• Handle front desk tasks and patient check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Collect and record co-pays and payments at time of service.
• Maintain patient documents and confidentiality.
• Assist with referrals and prior authorization requests.
