Murfreesboro Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time Spine Joint & Pain Receptionist at the Main Campus in Murfreesboro, TN. The role provides clerical support for the podiatry, spine, joint and pain departments, greets patients, handles calls, schedules appointments, and processes payments with a patient-first approach.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED; experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with patients, coworkers and providers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Demonstrated professionalism and courteous patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Represent MMC in a courteous and professional manner.
• Greet guests and callers; take accurate messages.
• Process voicemails and faxes; input information into EMR as directed.
• Collect co-payments and process payments; prepare daily deposits.
• Schedule appointments and send paperwork to new patients.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
