Job summary

Texas ENT Specialists is seeking a friendly Medical Front Desk professional to join our Otolaryngology practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, welcoming them warmly and guiding them through check-in to check-out.

You will schedule appointments, manage patient records, and answer calls, collaborating closely with physicians and staff to deliver exceptional care and a seamless patient experience while upholding our equal opportunity and drug-free workplace

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related front desk experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendar.
• Maintain and organize patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries.
• Support check-in/check-out processes and coordinate with clinical staff.
