Vancouver Clinic in Happy Valley is seeking a Front Desk Representative to warmly welcome patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance, answer calls, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service (medical front office preferred), strong phone etiquette, keyboarding skills, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our Happy Valley team! To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.

Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Happy Valley (11211 SE 82nd Ave. #Z Happy Valley, OR 97086)

Schedule

Monday Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

Hiring range

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $17.31 - $24.24

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
