Responsibilities include scheduling, handling a high volume of calls, collecting payments, updating records, and coordinating with providers and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office preferred.
• Medical office skills including scheduling, patient intake, and records management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Greeting and check-in/out.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Answering high volume calls and patient communications.
• Collecting payments and verifying patient information.
• Managing patient records, forms and administrative documentation.
• Coordinating with providers and clinical staff throughout the day.
• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs.
• Preparing examination and treatment rooms.
• Assisting with laboratory procedures and clinical services within training scope.
