Job summary

Fenta is seeking a Medical Front Desk professional for their Otolaryngology practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and guiding them through the check-in process.

Your duties include scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling phone calls, all while supporting clinicians to deliver excellent care. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure a seamless patient journey from check-in to check-out,
